The first step is to fill out the order form. This includes choosing your states of choice plus the total amount of mailers you want to mail.

For Example: 3,000 Mailers to these five states - FL, CA, TX, PA, NC.

After filling out the order form, you will need to wire the first payment and also set up a weekly automatic wire transfer set for every Thursdays.

Mail is delivered by USPS typically within 5-7 days. States on the east coast can take longer to be delivered as there is more travel time.

Homeowners will receive their unique letter in the mail, and between +/-5% should call the phone number on the letter. They will then speak to an automated system. It will prompt them to answer some questions about themselves. Regardless of whether they answer these questions or not, you will receive their information.

Your lead's information will contain the following: Borrower 1, Borrower 2, Lender, Mortgage Amount, Address, City, State, Zip Code, Caller Phone #, Age (If Provided), History of Medical Issues (If Provided), Tobacco Usage (If Provided), Co-Borrower (If Provided) and Mortgage Sale Date.

Notifications are via your email address that you have provided. You will have the full lead's information as mentioned in Step 4.

You will have full access to all your leads via a unique Google Sheet that only you can see. On this same sheet, you will be able to see return % stats on each batch that you order for each states that you choose. You will also be able to see the mailed data.

You are welcome to invite an appointment setter to this sheet so that they can easily access, call, and set appointments for your leads.
